During the Autumn Term our theme was Life in the Freezer.
we learnt about the frozen areas of the world and what the weather was like and the human and physical features of these environments
We investigated changing materials in science
Designed and made sleds to carry one person across the snow
Researched animal habitats and constructed habitats in shoe boxes to reflect what we had found out
Enjoyed reading The Rainbow Bear and Pugs of the Frozen North and using these to inspire our writing
Visited Bristol Zoo for their 'Polar Experience' workshop.
