KWS Friends
We are a group of parents and carers who work with King William Street CE Primary School to raise funds for the school. Our aim to assist in making the children's time enjoyable make some money for school. If you would like to be kept up to date on what's happening and/or volunteer your ideas or time to help us help the school, we would love to hear from you!
You can get involved as much or as little as you like. We are all busy parents who understand you have stuff to do, so just get in touch if you are interested. You can find us at the following:

Throughout the year we organise these events:
During our cake sales, you can purchase delicious cakes. Any donations of cakes would be welcomed on the day.
This is a great opportunity for you to purchase nearly new uniform.
If you would like to donate any unwanted uniform, please bring to the school office.
During our gift wraps, each child can buy a gift for their mother or father for a small charge.
Both of these events offer a range of stalls. At our Christmas Fayre these will include 'Where is Santa?', pin the nose on Rudolph and guess the name of the reindeer. At our Summer Fayre these will include Lucky Dip, Tombola, Hook a Duck. Of course, Father Christmas always pays the children a visit at our Christmas Fayre.
Alongside refreshments, there is always a raffle of themed hampers.
These usually take place in October-Fancy Dress themed disco; December-Christmas themed disco and the end of Summer term for a Summer themed disco. The entrance fee includes drinks and biscuits but there is also sweets and glow sticks available for a small charge.

Our Fundraising has supported:
July 2023-Leopard end of school trip to Bowling, LaserQuest and Pizza Hut and ice creams after the Leaver's Service
July 2022-Leopard end of school treat to Keynes Water Park for water activities and ice creams after the Leaver's Service.
