World Book Day
For World Book Day this year, we enjoyed the whole day exploring a picture book whilst wearing our pyjamas or appropriate nightwear!
Blue Whale, Tiger and Puffin classes used ‘The Bedtime Monster’ by Ed Vere whilst Panda, Polar Bear, Zebra and Leopard classes used ‘I talk like a river’ by Jordan Scott.
To coincide with our bedtime story theme, we invited parents and carers into school for a story sharing session in the hall.
First the class teacher shared their favourite bedtime story and then the parents/carers shared their favourite one with their child.
