A Wriggly Nativity
A Wriggly Nativity
Mary, Joseph and the donkey travel to Bethlehem.
They tried to find somewhere to stay for the night.
They knocked on lots of doors and asked if there was any room.
Jesus was born in a stable.
Mary and Joseph rocked the baby gently.
The animals were excited to have this special baby born in their stable.
Then everything was quiet and still as the night sky was filled with twinkling stars.
On a hillside nearby, some shepherds were looking after their sheep.
Suddenly, the sky was filled with an amazing light-the sky was full of angels.
The shepherds made their way to Bethlehem to see the baby Jesus.
Wise men from the East noticed a special star.
They followed the star to find baby Jesus.
At last they reached Bethlehem and gave the new baby King their precious gifts.
Everyone pointed at the special baby Jesus who was a gift from God.
